This type of treatment relieves swelling post medical treatments by gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help move lymph from your tissues to your lymph nodes. Typically, clients will receive lymphatic massage from 2-6 weeks post surgery!

A 45 minute treatment to focus on upper body only. Neck and shoulder tension can lead to headaches and/or numbness to arms and hands. In your session, I will perform modalities such as Active Release Technique and Trigger Point Therapy to help decrease fatigue and improve mobility.

Epiphany (60 Min)

Epiphany W/ Tok Sen (60 Min)

Tok Sen is a practice that originated in Northern Thailand. In this treatment, I use a rubber mallet to rhythmically tap on my wooden tools. I use this technique to improve flexibility and/or decrease pain in a targeted area.

Facial Cupping

Red Light Therapy

Nesr-infrared light therapy penetrates deep into muscle and joint tissue to alleviate pain, increase circulation, and decrease inflammation. This add-on is within the session.
